Founder & Principal Advisor
Ashley Johnson
Ashley founded Brightwell Leadership after spending 15+ years inside Fortune 500 organizations, where she kept seeing the same problem: even strong leaders struggled to work together when teams grew, roles shifted, or responsibilities expanded.
Today, Ashley partners with organizations to help new and expanding leadership teams move from individual performance to collective impact. Her work helps teams align around purpose, strengthen how they work together, and achieve meaningful results.
She's an ICF-certified coach and ATD-certified facilitator with a master's degree in organizational leadership. But more than credentials, she brings a practical approach rooted in years of watching what works when developing leaders.
When she's not working, you'll find her at a good coffee shop or with her husband and three kids.
