Founder & Principal Advisor
Ashley Johnson
Ashley founded Brightwell Leadership after spending 15+ years inside Fortune 500 organizations, where she kept seeing the same problem: organizations invested in leadership development, but often at the wrong moments. Programs arrived too late, after leaders had already struggled in bigger roles, or existed as one-off experiences that didn't create lasting change.
Today, Ashley partners with organizations to build leadership capability at pivotal moments - when leaders are stepping into bigger roles, building new teams, or navigating organizational transitions. Her work focuses on delivering development when stakes are high and the potential impact is greatest.
She's an ICF-certified coach and ATD-certified facilitator with a master's degree in organizational leadership. But more than credentials, she brings a practical approach rooted in years of watching what works when developing leaders.
When she's not working, you'll find her at a good coffee shop or with her husband and three kids.
